Our multi-disciplinary team is led by a consultant Psychiatrist, specialised GPs and includes Registered General and Mental Health Nurses and therapists. Our nursing team is led by our Clinical Team Leader. We also work with a network of highly skilled practitioners to develop a personal treatment programme to suit you and if you are utilising your medical insurance, we can integrate with their network of therapists and other health professionals.

Location

Set within the beautiful Yorkshire Dales countryside, Pasture House can be found within the 3,000-acre Broughton Hall Sanctuary. The estate has a wondrous mix of rolling meadow pastures, ancient woodland, heather moorland, wild reservoirs and meandering rivers. Every window from our 6-bed purpose-built facility will delight you with spectacular views over the countryside: not a person or car insight but maybe a sheep or two!

History

With over 25 years of experience in addiction, Dr Amal Beaini first launched The BONDS protocols in 1995 at Detox5 in Harrogate. The same BONDS protocols are now are soon to be offered at The New Life Centre, the 6-bedroom inpatient detox clinic on the idyllic Broughton Hall Sanctuary in North Yorkshire.

Success Rates
The BONDS protocols were first launched in 1995 by our medical director, Dr Amal Beaini, at Cygnet hospital in Harrogate, and results were transparently published in 2000 in a prominent medical journal in addiction. These results were peer-reviewed. Since then they have been incorporated into The New Life Centre approach. The BONDS protocols have been used to treat over 12,000 patients of which 97% were abstinent after initial detox. (unpublished audit data)
